The National Europass Centre , operating within the National Qualifications Agency, supports and promotes the opportunities offered by the Europass platform for Ukrainian citizens. One of the Centre’s key areas of activity is ensuring access to official European documents in the field of qualifications in the national language.
DECISION (EU) 2018/646 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 April 2018 is the fundamental legal act that establishes the framework for the functioning of the Europass system across Europe. The document defines the objectives and tasks of the platform, outlines the functions of National Europass Centres in participating countries, and regulates the development of digital infrastructure for documenting, presenting, and recognising citizens’ skills and qualifications throughout Europe.
