The Europass Mobility is an official European document that certifies your international experience of studying, training, or volunteering abroad in a standardised format. It helps make the results of your mobility clear and recognised both in Ukraine and in EU countries.

Yes. Staying in another country is not just about travelling and experiencing the culture, but also an opportunity to gain new professional, language, and life skills through diverse experiences.
The Europass Mobility helps describe and officially record these valuable outcomes in a recognised format.

The types of activities and tasks you carried out;

Skills and competenciesacquired during your stay abroad, including:

  • professional skills (related to work or study in a specific field);
  • language skills (for example, improvement of English or another language);
  • digital skills (working with IT tools, online platforms, specialised software);
  • communication and intercultural skills (working in an international environment, interpersonal interaction).
  • student exchange;
  • work placement or internship;
  • a study semester abroad;
  • a volunteer project;
  • a language or methodological course
  • job shadowing or other forms of organised exchange.
  • If you participate in a mobility programme, please get in touch with your sending organisation (school, university, or employer).
  • They will register your mobility in cooperation with the National Europass Centre.
  • All necessary documents will be prepared together with the receiving organisation.
  • You will receive your Europass Mobility after completing your stay abroad.

Europass Mobility is provided free of charge.

  2. Make sure your mobility meets the eligibility criteria (organised exchange, traineeship/internship, study period).
  3. Partner organisations complete the document in the EMOL system.
  4. Get the completed document after finishing your mobility.
