1) What data we process?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Technical (necessary) website data:<\/strong> IP address, user agent, URL, system cookies, and server\/firewall logs. Every website uses these.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contact form (with consent):<\/strong> name (if provided), e-mail, message text, date\/time, technical metadata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analytics (with consent):<\/strong> page view events, traffic sources, conversions via Google Analytics 4 \/ Google Tag Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2) Purposes and legal basis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form and official correspondence<\/strong> \u2014 performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the National Qualifications Agency (NQA) (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR)<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Site operation and security<\/strong> (system cookies, logs, WAF) \u2014 Article 6(1)(e) GDPR<\/strong> (the same task\/authority, as this is necessary to provide the service and protect the IT infrastructure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analytics \/ marketing (Google Analytics 4 \/ Google Tag Manager)<\/strong> \u2014 only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)<\/em>. These tags are not activated before consent is given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      We are guided by the legislation of Ukraine (Law No. 2297-VI) and, where applicable, by the requirements of the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) Who has access to the data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We cooperate only with service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual data processing terms (Data Processing Agreement\/DPA) and implement appropriate security measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4) International data transfers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If a service provider is located outside Ukraine or the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards (including the European Commission\u2019s Standard Contractual Clauses) and minimise the amount of data transferred. Details are available upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5) Retention periods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Messages from the contact form:<\/strong> until the end of communication + 12 months<\/strong>; afterwards \u2014 deletion or archiving<\/strong> in accordance with internal policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Logs:<\/strong> 30\u2013180 days<\/strong> (for diagnostics\/security).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Analytics (with consent):<\/strong> up to\u00a012 months<\/strong> or until consent is withdrawn.
        If a dispute or inspection is ongoing, data is retained longer until the matter is resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        6) Your rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, as well as withdrawal of consent at any time<\/strong> (without affecting processing already carried out).\nContact us at: nqa@nqa.gov.ua<\/strong>.\nYou may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        HTTPS, encryption, access control, data minimisation, contractual obligations with processors, staff training, and regular policy reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
